I know I have trouble keeping up on updates so I thought I would pass this on:
Camera Raw update v4.4.1 and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 1.4.1 update
Look under "Latest Updates"
Camera raw updates were mostly for added camera support but there were a few changes.
